Our Deliverable D1.2 Prediction model for bNAbs susceptibility_1 has been officially approved and is now available online!
It presents the first official version of our free online tool for predicting HIV-1 susceptibility to broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) directly from nucleotide sequences. Covering 57 bNAbs and providing both susceptibility classification and 50% inhibitory concentration value (IC50), the tool is a pivotal step towards advancing research on HIV treatment with accessible, data-driven solutions.
